Mediation provides a confidential and cost-effective way to resolve disputes without going to court. As a neutral third party, we help participants communicate effectively, identify common ground, and work toward practical solutions for workplace, business, contract, neighbour, and civil disputes.
Ashlee Q. | Mediation & Dispute Resolution
With a background in leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and conflict management, Ashlee brings a practical, people-focused approach to dispute resolution.
Drawing on experience supporting leaders, employees, teams, and organizations through challenging conversations, workplace dynamics, and organizational change, her focus is on helping parties communicate effectively, explore solutions, and move forward constructively.
Ashlee has completed formal training in Mediation and Dispute Resolution through Herzing College, along with additional education in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Conflict Management, and Negotiation. Her experience facilitating workshops, coaching individuals, and supporting professional development provides a strong foundation for helping people navigate conflict in a respectful and productive manner.
